About the event
On Saturday, November 9th, we invite you to be part of Hug Houston, a citywide outreach effort led by Community180. This special event is focused on spreading love, support, and tangible hope to underserved families and unhoused individuals throughout the Houston area. At a time when so many in our community are living below the poverty line and facing extreme challenges, we are coming together to make a difference.
Our primary mission is to distribute Community Hope Boxes, each valued at $50 and filled with essential items such as soap, detergent, toothpaste, and other necessities. These boxes are designed to provide families with hygiene and cleaning products that are often out of reach for those struggling financially. With these simple yet impactful resources, we hope to ease the burden of those facing difficult circumstances, offering them the gift of cleanliness, dignity, and support.
