PATHH YOUTH PROGRAM
Rebuilding Direction. Restoring Identity. Resetting Futures.
PATH (Preparing Adolescents to Help Humanity)
PATHH Youth Programs are designed to meet young people at every level — intervention, reinforcement, and elevation.
We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all solution.
We believe in structured pathways.
Our youth division consists of three core initiatives:
-
RESET – Intervention & Redirection
-
PATHH In-School Program – Positive Reinforcement & Behavioral Support
-
UpWard – College & Career Readiness
Together, these programs create a continuum of support that strengthens youth and stabilizes families.
THE POWER OF COMMUNITY
Strengthening Families. Guiding Youth. Building a Safer Future, Together.
A community does not change because one program exists — it changes because people decide to work together. The Power of Unity in Our Community is grounded in both conviction and reality. The data makes it clear that our youth need layered, unified support.
Nationally, nearly 1 in 3 students experienced chronic absenteeism in recent years, meaning they missed 10% or more of the school year. In Texas, attendance rates remain below pre-pandemic levels, with significant gaps among economically disadvantaged students. Chronic absenteeism is strongly linked to lower academic performance, higher dropout rates, and increased likelihood of justice system involvement. This underscores why positive reinforcement inside schools is not optional — it is essential.
Research also shows that 1 in 3 young people grow up without a mentor, and youth without consistent adult support are more likely to engage in risky behaviors, struggle academically, and disconnect from school culture. However, students who participate in mentoring programs are significantly more likely to improve attendance, raise grades, and pursue post-secondary education. Structured intervention programs that involve families reduce repeat offenses and lower recidivism more effectively than punitive measures alone.
Beyond high school, direction matters. Students with career guidance and college readiness support are far more likely to enroll in higher education or workforce pathways. Young people who can clearly identify a future goal demonstrate stronger decision-making and reduced behavioral risk. When youth have something to aim toward, they are less likely to be distracted by destructive alternatives. These statistics are not just numbers, they reflect real families, real classrooms, and real neighborhoods. They confirm what we see daily: prevention must be reinforced, intervention must be structured, and advancement must be intentional.
That is why our PATHH Youth Programs operate as a continuum. We reinforce positive behavior in schools, intervene when risk increases, and prepare youth for life beyond graduation. Because when families are strengthened, schools are supported, and youth are guided with purpose, the entire community becomes safer and more stable.

THE PATHH
A Unified Pathway for Youth Success
RESET Program
Intervention & Accountablity
PATHH In-School Program
Positive Reinforcement &
School Partnership
RESET is an 8-week structured intervention program for youth experiencing truancy, behavioral challenges, or diversion referrals. Through family engagement, mentorship, and weekly development sessions, RESET helps reshape decision-making patterns and restore accountability. The focus is not punishment, it is long-term transformation for both the youth and their household.
The PATHH In-School Program partners with school districts to improve attendance, strengthen character, and reinforce positive behavior. By working alongside educators and administrators, we support students through mentorship, leadership development, and structured accountability, helping create a healthier, more stable school culture.
UpWard
College & Career Readiness Initiative
UpWard Aimed prepares students and families for life beyond high school by providing structured guidance, exposure, and practical tools for future planning. This initiative hosts college tours, career exploration visits, and workforce exposure opportunities that help students see what is possible and begin building a clear path forward.
We also equip parents with the knowledge and resources needed to confidently support their child’s journey — including guidance on applications, financial aid navigation, scholarship opportunities, and workforce pathways. By strengthening both the student’s vision and the parent’s understanding, UpWard Aimed creates alignment at home and clarity about the future.
When families understand the process, students move forward with confidence.
Our Team.
Our team is made up of dedicated leaders, educators, and mentors who are committed to strengthening families and guiding youth toward success. We believe real transformation happens through structure, accountability, and collaboration.
By working alongside schools, parents, and community partners, we ensure every young person we serve receives consistent support and clear direction. United by one mission, we move together to build confident students, stable families, and stronger communities.

As a mom doing it all on my own, that CARE Bag felt like someone saying, ‘We see you.’ It meant the world to me

I’ve served my country, and to receive that CARE Bag reminded me I haven’t been forgotten. It was more than supplies, it was respect.

hat CARE Bag came right on time. With four little ones, even small things make a big difference. I felt cared for, not judged.
